These decision makers are so delusional after all this brainwashing mental gymnastics that their only explanation of why black people are bad at maths is because math is racist. Asians are machines, indians are all hardworking engineers, hispanics are doing fine, but black people struggle. Don't get me wrong, it's just a normal distribution, but that's what you get when you accept so many immigrants in a country. They pull the mean down and we have to adjust to them otherwise we are racist.
