As mentioned in the other thread, the way the Spanish government implemented the lockdown was unconstitutional. They implemented it through the "State of Emergency" declaration, thus the rules for the lockdown didn't have to go through the parliament. If they used a "State of Exception" declaration and had voted on the rules in the parliament, the lockdown would have been constitutional.
It's not enough to just declare it unconstitutional. They should now be sending their rulers to prison from mass human rights abuses.
