I like him and hope he wins.
Does he really expect to win, though? He said right in the video that he quit his lawyer job because he was making money from YouTube videos. Running for parliament will get him more publicity and more subscribers and, so, more money. Maybe this is for the money.
Not criticizing him if it’s for the money, though. I’m all for this.
I'm guessing it has more to do with bringing exposure to antilockdown voices.
I've only started watching his content recently, but I know he attended qnd vlogged some of the Montreal protests earlier in the spring.
LOL.
yeah he has no chance but he lives in the riding. At least he will bring some eyes to the PPC platform.
No it won't.
Think of it this way: If a 300k subscriber YouTube communist who lives in your riding managed to get on the Marxist-leninist ticket, would that suddenly convince you to have an open mind about communism? Of course it wouldn't. Why would it?
The fact that the PPC have plateaued at 2%(ish) means they've got all the support they're ever going to get.
I'm surprised the Greens are projected in third at 12%, in front of the Conservatives and the BQ.
Must be a riding with funny demographics.
Exactly
Some youtuber.
Well he could run as a liberal and lose his soul.
