They don't. Unvaccinated people are required to quarantine if they had contact with a Covid 19 case. Only the vaccinated are clear to live as they want. There are also restrictions on the size of indoor and outdoor crowds.

It is nothing like Alberta. There are still crowd size limits, unvaccinated people have to undergo a mandatory quarantine, diagnosed people have to undergo a mandatory quarantine and so on.
Manitoba isn't going full Alberta. Quite the opposite.
Unless you're unvaccinated, then you're fucked.
