Sadly I don’t disagree. This dumping happened in Caledon on the outskirts of Brampton, where the majority of the population are new Indian immigrants. There are now too many for a standard to be set by example, the broken window effect takes over. Brampton now has a major rat infestation problem because residents litter so much food waste. Part of the rat problem is due to residents gaining the system and having way too many people in one home than the infrastructure can handle. They fill up the bi-weekly collected garbage bins quickly, what doesn’t fit is left on the ground outside of the homes for rats to feed on or is driven out tote Caledon country side and dumped on the side of the road.
Again these are all easily identifiable cultural problems that we are forced to ignore.

Parks and conservation areas have been completely trashed the last couple years, thanks to immigrants that have zero respect for the environment.
Even before covid i caught one burrying a diaper on the beach.
