I've seen US data that shows vaccination rates are higher among whites.
If this is also true in Canada, it could be said that: "Trudeau Liberals implementing systemic racism with vaccine mandates targeting racialized groups"

True, this is what gave me the thought.
Maybe a but premature, but if it resulted in a disproportionate amount of black people being targeted I think my thought could hold water.
