Not anymore. When the PCs merged with the Canadian Alliance (formerly Reform,) they rebranded as the Conservative Party... and then immediately ditched any semblance of listening to or accepting the former Alliance positions.
Some provincial parties are still PC, though (such as Ontario's.)
