As a war fighting institution, the CAF is dead. It exists largely just for show and to facilitate the awarding of contracts to the Liberal’s political friends. Our military is a bureaucratic sham, which genuinely believes that people who enlist solely for a paycheque and job security will do anything other than capitulate at the first sign of real conflict.
