Well it seems like it’s inevitable now, I will be fired from my job and excluded from society in the very short term. With this revelation I figured I should start making plans for the next stage of my life.
I have a family with young children (all under 10) and am the breadwinner of the household so being fired will have a very negative effect on our financial security. My career and experience is fairly specific to one industry so my hopes of replacing my income with something similar is very very slim.
As a Canadian there isn’t anywhere to move to that would be any less insane, so would it be worth it to liquidate everything, buy an RV or Truck & trailer and hit the vagabond lifestyle, homeschooling the children and living off my accumulated retirement funds and cash from the liquidation?
The ideal plan would be to cross the border and head south for 6 months, then return and stay at various family’s for the other 6. I would pick up random jobs when back in Canada to try and find the 6 months down south.
I’m really not wanting this to be our life as things are really comfortable, but it’s the only thing I can think of where we can live without accepting the “vaccine” into our lives. I do not consent and I will not compromise because if I do this, they have me forever. I want to be a strong influence on my children and show them that you always have a choice, and sometimes the right choice is the hardest but we are in control of what goes into our bodies not the government.
Let me know what you guys think, am I insane and taking this way to far or is this feasible?
Your best bet is Alberta
Then I’m all out of chips...
I don't know talk to your job don't sound like a lunatic be rational. Tell them you're weighing your options buy yourself some time at least 3 months and hope to God some bad news comes out about the vaccines.
The media has brainwashed people into thinking that even questioning the vaccine is lunacy
I plan to remain rational outlining my case without bad mouthing the vaccination campaign or covid. I'm not going to argue against the vaccine because everyone took it and they'll get defensive. My goal is to buy myself time.
That's how most of the people lived in the Soviet Union. They lived that way for decades.
The really nasty shit hasn't even started yet.
I know but I don't have the resources to take on a billion dollar revenue company. I need to play the game smartly and wait for a mistake. That's what I'm going to do and in the meantime try to get my self set up someplace else. I'm not gonna start a war I can't win. I think bad shit will come out of Japan they just started getting jabbed up.
I get it. Not judging or anything. Just glad there are others who arent insane.
Yes the way I see it I'm talking to another human as long as I don't trigger them by bashing their holy vax if you say anything bad about the vaccine you are toast, they'll get defensive.
Endeavour has a great video about that behaviour on youtube.
What’s your number? What does “set up” mean to you?
Huh?
Whatever you do don't get confrontational with HR their job is to protect the company at all costs. Do not bad mouth the company at all. They'll fire you because you can't be trusted.
Lawyer up (Employment Law Specialist) before you get canned.
Can you vaguely say what industry your skills are in? I suspect there will be many employers who will be short staffed soon.
I’m in the oil industry and my expertise is a federally regulated one. Something that doesn’t exist in other countries and from what I’ve found is non transferable. My skills Are basically troubleshooting mechanical issues and resolving them or deferring to more qualified trades.
The RV will breakdown at some point and need repairs, your kids will be in their teens before you know it, the family that you are counting on for 6 months of the year may tire of your stay, or their circumstances may change, the border may not be open. You might pull it off for a few years, but it's not sustainable ... and then your money's gone.
I live in BC. When the border closed last winter, the competition for RV space was rough. People from all over Canada were here, trying to find a mild climate to get through the winter instead of their usual places down south. Sounded expensive too, from the stories we heard.
If you are willing to be that drastic, consider a small town that has housing you can afford to buy outright. Even if it's a tiny place in a small town, it's a better long-term investment than an RV. With no mortgage, you won't need a big income.
I appreciate the grounded feedback and this is currently an idea I’m throwing against the wall. I’ve been an avid anti-debt individual for some unknown reason and I have to believe it’s because I’ve always been a victim of imposters syndrome. My goal has always been to pay off the mortgage and all debts in an expedited manner just incase anything happened there wouldn’t be the burden of payments hanging over my head.
Currently I could restructure myself to live off a bottom level employment to service the debt, but it would leave literally nothing else in free cash flow. That’s not a life to me. I believe an RV/vagabond lifestyle would both be much more economic and give a level of controlled adversity to my children to help Them become fully rounded individuals. I say this only because I see the extreme privilege they are afforded with my high income.
We wouldn’t be staying with one family member for 6 months as we have several members that have multiple 1/4 sections of land that are inhabitable by RV, affording us variety.
This whole situation is uber fucked and I really do appreciate your feedback because this isn’t a shoot from the Hip decision, but I’ll be working through it with my wife to figure our way. I’m just glad that we are going to enter this next stage of life on our own terms, and not because some floppy haired fuck in Ottawa deems it necessary to.
Have you considered joining a Hutterite colony? If that sounds too drastic, perhaps getting together with other likeminded people, pooling resources and living in a private commune. I could see new settlements/groups forming in the future.
The issue with running is that you leave your place of strength and give yourself less resources and options than your home base. At home you have tools, supplies, neighbors and you know the land. On the road you're quite vulnerable.
If youre a Christian then the story of Elijah might be useful. He wanted to help God but then left his home area and ran over to mount Sinai hoping he would find God where Moses had met him. Then God basically said "Dude what are you dong here, away from your provisions and weapons etc. How am I supposed to help you now? Go back home already."
I think this is the right link to the relevant sermon: https://libertyfellowshipmt.com/News/tabid/56/ID/4105/The-Day-The-State-Came-After-Elijah.aspx
I was in a similar position to you and I decided to get it. I know it's not of great comfort, but there's enough evidence now for the FDA to accept the vaccine.
Nothing is more important than your family, not even your own life. I know I would take a bullet for my kids. This situation is definitely here to last and you're looking at running away for years, and likely running away from the USA too eventually. Ofc the government knows that you know this and this is why their cohercision work, but I ultimately believe you're better off getting a cancer in 10 years than trying to dodge a field of mines forever.
If we're lucky, there's a small percentage of outcasts that will resist and that will be enough to save humanity.
I’ve danced with this idea as well, back and forth. My whole reason for non-compliance isn’t because it’s the easy thing to do, it’s the right thing. If I give in and just “get a jab”, I now am complicit in the entire scheme I want to fight against. It’s for that reason they can hold us hostage by any means necessary, because it works.
Also I really don’t think this will blow over, there will be mandatory update vaccines every year from this point forward. The pharmaceutical industry would be insane not to continue to push this as it’s a golden cash cow with the world at their teet.
You just did exactly what they planned for you to do once things got a bit hard. Way to go.
Are your kids getting vaxxed too? If so you may regret it later on when they can't reproduce.
As of right now there is no requirement to be vaccinated to receive government support, but you’d be crazy to think that won’t be the case in the very near term future.
