I was uncomfortably close to this happening, purely conjecture but Group 2 was waiting in line at cheesecake factory outside and I noticed him from across the parking lot. Head to toe red jumpsuit, if someone was looking for him it would have been pretty easy.
From Ayobami’s 2017 firearms arrest:
One officer confirmed that the front seat passenger was wearing red clothing; another officer saw someone in the vehicle was wearing red clothing. Police stopped the vehicle and immediately arrested the appellant on the warrant.
Obviously this thug is a blood. Can we cut all the racist stereotype allegations and allow people officers to stop and frisk these obvious gang members dressed head to toe in gang colours.
The CBSA had massive budget cuts and lay offs, more guns smuggled.
Mandatory minimums for gun crimes were dropped.
TAVIS was disbanded, no more raids getting dozens of thugs and guns off the streets.
BLMto was created, they emboldened the thugs and made public enemies out of the police.
Carding was canceled, thugs now feel comfortable carrying handguns in public.
The SRO program was canceled, police intervention and relationships with at risk students are broken. (Ayobami committed his first firearms offence while under 18y.o)
This is all a recipe for more gun crime.
And now we have yearly shooting incidences that are double what the averages were from decades long ago.
It will only get worse with the way society and politicians are going.
Politicians and judicial officials need to be held responsible for the growing gun crime epidemic. Criminal histories need to be made public and more accessible. The media needs to report on this and expose what a joke our justice system is.
From 2017:
He was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and during the search incident to that arrest, a loaded handgun was found tucked into his waistband.
The appellant was only 19 years old at the time of the offence and had made efforts to further his education while in custody.
[18] Most notably, however, the appellant had been found guilty under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, S.C. 2002, c. 1, for possession of a loaded firearm just ten months before the date of the offences for which he was to be sentenced.

It's not gun violence, it's thug violence.

Why didn't they just revoke his RPAL after the first incident?! /s
Caught with an illegal firearm, life imprisonment, discharge an illegal firearm death.
It is because it is right next to Lawrence Heights aka The Jungle.
