Yukon, if you want to get as far as away from any government.
Or a small town near Saskatoon or Regina. That's where I was born, raised and that's where I still live.

If you go rural Alberta especially norther Alberta you start seeing vaccination rates below 50% in +12 years old.
High Level Alberta is less than 25% vaccinated.

Lots, but there are many solid non-first nations towns and cities all over Alberta with 50% and lower vaccination rates.
I can't see how they're going to be able to successfully implement vax mandates in rural Alberta.
