It’s completely absurd. Unvaccinated canadian citizens are supposed to quarantine for 14 days and do 3 PCR tests: before boarding, on arrival and on day 8 after arrival.
just as easy to fake here.
Faking of the Vax cards is an IQ test. My belief is they want fake vax cards , so the next move can be more draconian.
