Legal is what the courts say is legal and who appoints the Judges? Government.

Not Canadian legal precedent as that was in the US. Good to see though.

Consider: vacksine is under emergency authorization

Not in Canada. That's the definition in the States. In Canada, it's under what's called an Interim Order. The conditions for that are simply that the Minister has to determine that the evidence provided supports the conclusion that the benefits outweigh the risks, taking into account any uncertainties about said benefits and risks.

In other words, all the minister has to say is "the data looks good to me." And if there are side effects? "Still worth it." And if they dare look at the info that says natural immunity is more effective? "Natural immunity means getting covid in the first place and we don't want that. The jab is still worth it." And the interim order is still good to go.

No, because when the judges are unsure what to do they just ask the people we'd be suing what would be best.

The judges will get their marching orders from the government and private industry. It is completely illegal what they are doing but I think the court will side with the mob of public opinion.

CTV Canada is asking if people support “restricting” the unvaccinated. Please take 2 seconds to let them know that you support freedom of choice without being punished.
