This is the part some people are having difficulty with:
While the company said in the recount it only found a vote discrepancy of 994 in the presidential race and 1167 in the Senate race, the report highlights potential problems with tens of thousands of ballots.
A recount is just what it sounds like - a recounting of the existing ballots. It doesn't address fraud.
And audit however investigates the validity of those ballots, and the audit has found potentially tens of thousands of fraudulent ballots. And Biden 'won' by only ten thousand.

Wait, I was promised that the audit will show how the Dominion machines flipped votes from Trump to Biden during the counting. Why does now the hand recount show that the Dominion machines flipped some votes in favour of Trump? Unbelievable. Who would have thought that Trump is in bed with Dominion ...
Oh yeah. Absolutely nobody talked about how Dominion switched votes from Biden to Trump. And suddenly after the manual hand recount of the ballots ... "it was never about the count".
They looked months at the ballots. Going over every single little detail. Why don't tell us how many of these "duplicate", "invalid" or "illegitimate" ballots went to Biden and how many went to Trump?
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann is a Republican. From the article:
"Fann said that while the audit did not uncover a significant difference in the total vote tallies, which she said showed a difference of only hundreds in the final report, evidence was uncovered of other anomalies such as statutes being broken and chain of custody not followed."
and
"But Fann has long said that the goal of the audit was to improve Arizona’s election system and wasn’t designed to overturn the results."
So the way I read this is that so far there is as yet no valid reason to think Biden did not win Arizona but the process isn't over. The next step is for Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, a Republican, to review the report.
Plus: No criticism:t it's odd to be reading about this in a Falun Gong article.

I can't tell if you're acting retarded or just are.
