I wish him well. But if he's in Alberta where the health care system is virulently left-wing and nurses are willing to politicize covid and even threaten to go on strick I doubt he had much of a chance the minute he ended up in hospital. We all know that 99.99% of people survive without a vaccine, some people, mostly with underlying health issues can become seriously ill, but many of these people still recover. Why a few people are the exception we don't know or they won't tell us. There has to be more to this.
Why would the premier offer tham a pay cut in the middle of a pandemic?
Only if you include people who don't have the virus yet. Of the people who <do> have the virus one in fifty dies and some of the rest fail to recover fully.
No, that's the survival rate for those who actually get the (allegedly) test positive for the virus.
Yeah? Got any links? So far it's just you against Johns Hopkins and others.
Where in Canada is John Hopkins, again?
Here's a question for you. Someone who is ill enough to die "from" covid will be diagnosed as positive in probably every instance, right? However, the manner in which testing is conducted cannot detect the number of people who are currently sick or ever had covid. How do you determine an accurate "case fatality rate" then? Your 2% claim is completely bogus.
