Nope. Just pointing out his reputation. I wouldn't want anyone to get the impression he was any more than a device for putting people in front of commercials.
MSNBC did the same thing. Alex Jones did the same thing. It's the go-to play to get out of a lawsuit because it works. Abusing a poorly run judiciary does not change the facts of what he is saying.
They're only "facts" as long as they don't have to be supported. Once they get to court it's "Aw shucks yer oner! We wuz only jokin'. We take it all back!"
