It is very unclear according to this site.
Obviously, after November 30th it is saying you need to be vaccinated. But in between October and November 30th, it is very unclear and obscure what it means. It talks about in the process of getting fully vaccinated, but it doesn't actually specify and say you need a single dose, it just says in the process of it, along with providing a test. So basically, if I tell people I booked an appointment and am in the process of getting it, that means that I "have started the vaccination process".
Does anyone have any insight into this for me? I am calling the government right now to try and figure it out.
TIA
Canada is a prison
Just read this "There will be a 30-day transition period for travellers who are in the process of getting vaccinated. Unvaccinated travellers may be able to board if they show a valid COVID-19 molecular test taken within 72 hours of departure. By November 30, however, all travellers must be fully vaccinated." here.
I would call the airline just in case.
Can't even fucking leave this country without getting your state-mandated medical treatment.
Ok. So I just called and confirmed with PHAC that you just need a negative test to board up until Nov 30
