School board, Ontario, Unvaccinated person

"mandatory" rapid testing done at home 3x a week ONLY for the unvaccinated staff; kits provided by the school board

kid in class positive case so the whole class and staff sent home

the vaccinated staff are allowed back to work the next day, no testing of any kind required

the unvaccinated must provide TWO negative PCR tests before allowed back to work

MY QUESTION: Case for Discrimination? We know the vaxxed can contract and also spread covid19, so why no testing for the vaxxed at any time and also now with the kid in class as a positive case still no test required?

I am not a lawyer, but this appears to me as discrimination

Thoughts?
