Yes that’s exactly correct.
I wrote the title quickly after seeing the announcement, but it’s totally wrong.
They also talked about changing the definition of fully vaxxed to 3 doses, which frankly I hope they do.

Does this mean that if I go on vacation out of Canada - now that I can finally fly - I still have to get a covid test? And would I get it in Canada or before I board the return flight?
