What happened is all animals died… but they didn’t died of the “vaccine”. What they died from what used to be called “immune enhancement” and now they call it “antibody dependent enhancement” (ADE)
Any studies I've looked at say evidence of ADE occurring with covid vaccines is being watched for but has not been found.
For example: March 8, 2022 - "The accumulation of further mutations in the virus and the rise of newer mutants with increased fitness and transmissibility, it is possible that later iterations of the virus may gain ADE function requiring re-evaluation of the studies we report here. However, no studies have reported the possibility of such a scenario or even observed an evolutionary pressure to select for this specific mechanism." https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0257930#sec013
actually the vaccine trial killed all the animals, but they allowed them to be shipped out anyway. they still said it was 100% effective.
What makes you think that?
sorry I got the details slightly wrong, The trial administrator killed all the animals up to 52 days into testing

The video is from 16 months ago, 4 months after the first vaccine was approved. In it the surgeon was talking about the future. What does she say about it now that 12 billion doses of vaccine have been given to people? https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/covid-vaccine-tracker-global-distribution/
