August 11, 2022 — Today, Rumble Inc. (“Rumble”), the fast-growing neutral video platform, and CF Acquisition Corp. VI (Nasdaq: CFVI) (“CFVI”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) has declared effective the registration Statement on Form S-4 (“Registration Statement”) in connection with their proposed business combination.
