The above number is inflated as it includes the unconfirmed Covid deaths. So it is reasonable to assume, it’s even much lower.

OP's link is to a post in the USA. In the USA the number is over 250,000 for covid deaths in people under 70. The link that supports that number is from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the USA.
