Of course, seatbelts have zero risk of causing injury or death if you don’t get into an accident. A covid vaccine can cause severe injury or death, whether you get covid or not.

Is she pretending there is absolutely no recourse in the case of vaccine damage. folks? Or is she just upset that the Vaccine Injury Support Program is different?
Is she pretending that seat belts can't cause injuries at the same time they are reducing injuries from motor vehicle accidents?
This is where she should be producing data about vaccine injuries folks, so we know how serious she thinks the issue is.
Like social insurance numbers, driver's licenses, and health care cards, not to mention debit and credit cards, loyalty cards, cell phone pings, cookies, super cookies, IP addresses, website codes, tracking bugs, login activity data, user agents, HTTP referrers, and so forth?
But trying to get a handle on a global pandemic - that's a problem for her.
The parallel is that seat belts, like vaccines, reduce damage & therefore the load on the healthcare system. At least that's what the science shows, until someone comes up with something other than tweets, memes, pseudo-science, and tabloid web sites that say otherwise.
