FDA Director Peter Marks is quoted saying: he doesn't seem to understand why it matters if the FDA acknowledges potential adverse reactions from Covid vaccines.
Researcher turns whistleblower on data integrity issues in Pfizer’s vaccines that were barely tested, -> Interview with whistleblower
The BMJ piece says VAERS "isn’t operating as intended" because "staffing levels failed to keep pace with the unprecedented number of reports since the rollout of covid vaccines" and "there are signs that the system is overwhelmed", and it goes on to detail examples of lack of expected follow-up after events had been reported.
The JTN article adds its own interpretation of events and in the process pretends there are no patient privacy issues involved.
Watch the video. She did not work for Pfizer but the impostor doesn't bother to mention that.
Furthermore three years have gone by since her statements, 13.5 billion vaccine doses have been delivered, and JTN and its fellow travelers can produce no evidence that the danger to the global population from the vaccines is remotely comparable the danger from the virus.

TL:DR It's tabloid journalism. It's full of "reportedly", "allegedly", "it's not clear", supposedly "secret", "appears", etc.
In other words: it's innuendo.
The long version:
To be clear: the Just the News (JTN) article is about an earlier article from the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
