Her connection to the real world is tenuous at best. If the voices in her head tell her something that she thinks sounds good, she just goes ahead and posts it.
Magically, apparently, 'cause there's no facts or science to be seen folks.
Unless ... wait a minute ... do you think she thinks it's a fact just because she says it?
But vaccinated people spread it less than unvaccinated people: "This study underscores benefit of vaccination to reduce, but not eliminate, transmission."
