On the one hand: an $11 billion per year healthcare operation with about 400 employees and who knows how many contractors - many of them experts in healthcare.
On the other: an anonymous twinsieimpostor who thinks every one of those employees and contractors would - like the her, I guess - lie to the world for money.
That appears to be a tough choice for some people.
