You just admitted in a roundabout way that spending more money on cops is useless.

Irvin Waller wrote an entire book on smarter crime control where you can save 4-5$ with every 1$ you spend with diverting people away from courts.

Also being a delivery driver is a more dangerous job than being a cop. It's not even in the top 10 most dangerous jobs. That's a lie they sell to bootlickers so they can steal more tax dollars.
