They ESTIMATED the rapes LOL. It’s computer modeling. Which included guessing declared rapes and undeclared (fictional) rapes. 95% of declared rapes came from illegal migrants who were raped while being smuggled.

Because to our knowledge no recent reliable state-level data on vaginal rapes are available, we used computer guesswork to estimate reported and unreported rapes in states with total abortion bans. We also guessed the number of resulting pregnancies.
To estimate the incidence of vaginal rape nationally, we used CDC’s 2016 to 2017. We adjusted for the fraction of estimated females, then further guessed the percentage of rapes that are vaginal. Then we modeled 95% CIs using measures of uncertainty from the CDC data.
To guess rape-related pregnancies, we multiplied the state-level estimate of vaginal rapes by the fraction likely to result in pregnancy and then adjusted for the root number. This computer modeling has a margin error of 95%.

I dunno bro lots of women don't report them because they'll just be revictimized by the system over and over again only for a slap on the wrist or nothing at all.
