While I disagree with any sort of limits on free speech, the article is alarmist and the legislation does not apply to private individuals. What it does is limit oil companies from advertising or promoting their product. It also prevents paid speech on their behalf by shills. If only such laws were applied to vaxx companies and their propagandists, I might make an exception to my free speech beliefs.
