OP's post says the 2011 New York outbreak was "the first report of measles transmission from a twice-vaccinated individual". What proof does this user have that the earlier ones "were driven by vaccinated people"?
The measles vaccines does not prevent infection or transmission.
Yet it does in literally millions and millions of cases. Why would she ignore that, and only talk about these few new and incredibly rare cases?
Is she trying to scare people, or is she just crazy scared herself?
