Your insistence that the surgery in the article in the original post is cosmetic is comical in light of the fact that it is covered by OHIP when cosmetic surgery is not: https://www.ontario.ca/page/what-ohip-covers#section-10
She's having a hard time coping with the fact that her definition is being ignored by OHIP folks.
The only relevant definition of cosmetic surgery in this discussion is the one that OHIP uses, and it doesn't include the surgery in the article in the original post because OHIP is covering it.
And OHIP doesn't cover cosmetic surgery.
She's given up folks.
