It was stopped by a teacher with a gun. Easy - make sure the good guys are armed, so the bad guys can't do this.
mhmm mhmm so your solution is more guns? That doesn't seem... Stupid to you? Tell that to the almost 400 armed police who waited hours while kids were gunned down in Texas's deadliest shooting (so far)
