FYI there is no such thing as defunding the police. The globohomos would not push this message aimlessly. If the police go, it's to be replaced by something like "wellness and justice officers" who will go into your house without a warrant (cause they're not police), secure you (non-police version of arrest) and vaccinate you and your children amongst other social progressive functions. I'm making up these terms but that's the idea. Out with the old and in with the new!
