Canada makes deals with China so that they give our governments all the illicitly recorded data passing on the infrastructure. It's like a ready made solution for spying on your population and you don't have to lift a finger because the contractor is giving it to you as part of the infrastructure maintenance deals. They don't care if China spies on it's population at the same time. All the better if they steal trade secrets and undermine Canadian business. It's a win situation from any point of view for the fake globohomo governments.
