Not a single news outlet has the balls to identify the suspect as BLACK, as was provided in the Toronto police media release. They all mention the black sedan he was driving but they won't narrow down the suspect to 4% of Toronto's population.

The dog owning public should be made aware and extra cautious around the black male 4%er's who approach them and their dogs.
