I don't know of another human who has been researching this as long as Thomas Sowell. He has made predictions about culture and the welfare state that have come true decades later. In the scientific world, being able to observe phenomena, make a hypothesis and accurately predict results is the gold standard.
I find it illogical that you care so little about the actual data and so much about the race and nationality of the researcher. What does a researcher's nationality or skin colour have to do with data research? Are you suggesting that only Canadians can study Canada? What is your basis for this claim?

I am not making claims or 'utilizing' anything to make a point. I was merely suggesting that Thomas Sowell has unique experience in this regard, not just in the USA but in many other nations. I don't know specifically whether his fifty years plus of his research includes Toronto but it's possible, you could always email him and ask.
It sounds to me like you are searching for an excuse to disregard any research that you may disagree with. I can understand that, I was like that too until I realized that the truth was more important than what I wanted to believe to be true.
