First the Government tells them: "Come here, everything is "glorious" and "free"... your friends and family need to vote for "he"...
They get here...
The immigration agencies tell them: "It isn't free! Let's see about that... be sure your friends and family vote for "he"...
They are here and wondering if they got duped...
Than CBC follows up by telling them: "OMG your paying something! We got to change that for you!... be sure your friends and family vote for "he"...
