It's a shame that we have to keep posting this but it seems that any mention of TPS and the global push for basic human rights brings out the worst in people, so consider this fair warning that anyone posting in here without a reasonably long /r/toronto history, or who has a history of bad faith or straight out racist posts, here or elsewhere on Reddit, will receive a lengthy ban without warning or appeal. Nice to finally see some of the top upvoted comments asking for number of crimes committed as percentage of population to be factored in when looking at police interactions with the black community.
Not surprised to see the mods frantically arguing after these comments trying to steer the narrative back to 'cops bad, blacks victims'. They are really scared of all of the statistics being presented and free speech being allowed when discussing these issues.
