The problem is going to get worse before it gets better. Powers are being taken away from police and they know they are now going to be criticized more than ever before. Thugs are going to be emboldened during interactions with police and act belligerent. If anything they will talk themselves into more tickets and charges and then those stats will be interpreted as racist again in a few years.
