Andre Lawrence, a 30-year-old man from Brampton was arrested and charged with the following: Sexual Assault, Voyeurism (2 counts), Mischief – Prevent Lawful Enjoyment (2 counts), Breach of Probation.

Of course he was out on probation. Will probably get bail soon.
