Call me crazy but maybe this Mekhi guy should serve some serious jail time before he kills someone. Whats it going to take for him to get a serious sentence?

Mehki Hyman, 20, of Whitby is charged with dangerous driving, flight from police, obstructing police and possession of property obtained by crime. The three youths in the car are all charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
