Thirty-four year-old Mohamed Osman Daoud, of St. Catharines, was arrested on Wednesday.
Daoud has been charged with first-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Toronto police have also issued a warrant for 33-year-old Abdelmuniem Abdalla, of Grimsby, who is wanted for first-degree murder. Police have released his photo.
Seperate shooting murder:
Two men, Tawane Mohammed, 22, of Toronto, and Abdikadir Jumale, 29, of Hamilton and Toronto, were arrested. Mohammed is facing a charge of first-degree murder and kidnapping, while Jumale is facing a single charge of kidnapping.
Warrants have also been issued for two other men.
Ahmed Ismail, 24, of Toronto, is wanted for first-degree murder and kidnapping and Stanley Frempong, 20, of Toronto, is wanted for kidnapping.
