China didn't even have a Central Command to coordinate and give orders to the different branches of the army until only a few years ago. This to me reveals that the army leadership consists of corrupt, incompetent politicians with military grades and that they have no combat readiness. In fact, I think that high military grades are bought and given through connections. If it wasn't for the deep state NWO actors in the west giving China billions in aid, proprietary technology, equipment, etc. every year for decades, they would still be an undeveloped, famine stricken,uagricultural society.
