So, do you think the Opposition should/will vote to bring down the government tomorrow?
I don't know if the moment is right. Voters (moderates and swing voters anyway) will probably resent the party that forced them to go to the polls in the middle of a (highly convenient) "second wave".
And the opposition will be wise enough not to take the bait. Remember, they can have a confidence vote any time they want. There's no need to do it on Trudeau's terms.
That's probably their plan, but again I don't think the opposition will take the bait. I mean why would the opposition trigger an election when Trudeau is still enjoying a major covid bump, and before the whole WE scandal has been allowed to run its course. At the very least, the CPC will wait until that one run its course.
Edit: Oh wait. Seems Trudeau's approval/disapproval rates flipped two weeks ago and the media never reported it.

Interesting.
He won with a 60% disapproval rating. As if this shit matters. Also the media reported that the Cons are closing in on the Libs.
Honestly I think that had more to do with Scheer than anything.
Ham in 2021 after the Libs win the snap election while Trudeau has a disapporval rating of 60%:
"Honestly I think that had more to do with O'Toole than anything".
If only those PPC idiot voters had support O'Toole we could've won!
Maritimers will vote for whoever gives them the biggest EI checks
