Another 9-figure tax-payer funded gift to one of Justin's friends?

See, an objective observer might find this outrageous, but this is Canada. Justin can literally just hand out hundreds of millions of taxpayer's dollars to is friends and literally nothing will happen to him because he can just cancel any investigation into himself. He's completely above the law. The federal treasury is his personal piggy bank now and there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.
