How can someone fight back against this type of tyranny? I live in Laurie's riding. He's a decent man, and we have a lot of Christians here in Chilliwack.

I think I got taken in by fake news somewhere along the way. Stuff like this: https://www.trendpunjabi.com/canada-official-language-punjabi/

I could not find anything official. Either way, I still think Bilingual is a hindrance in Canada.

You’re right. And since this Country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles it’s to God we need to seek to heal our land.

  • I’m in BC. No one here speaks French except people who work in government jobs.
  • English won. It’s the world’s language.
  • Even people from France mock French in Canada.
  • I don’t hate French or Punjabi people, but forcing three official languages only makes the political pool of candidates smaller since most Canadians only speak English.

So seriously, is there any hard evidence that Justin is not Pierre’s biological son?

As a Christian I support and pray for my Prime Minister. I don’t support virtually any of his policies, find his arrogance annoying, think his pandering to gays & BLM is disgusting, but still I pray and hope the best for him while he is in office.

I would very much like to work to see that he is booted in the next election. If we do not return to conservative principles and Canadian Nationalism we will be bankrupted and overrun by Communist China and the lunatic Islamic worldview (sorry Muslim people, but Jesus Christ is LORD God Almighty. I worship God alone revealed in Father/Son/Spirit).

Okay! Thank you, then. I hope to contribute much and complain little.

Progressives seem more like REgressives to me. I don’t see any progress from them at all.

I did! Two years ago. Flew in to Dallas, drove to Waco (saw the Magnolia folks), Houston (my favorite), Austin (alright, bit dirty, like here), San Antonio (I get what the whole Alamo thing was about now. Hope you folks protect it from the vandals), back through Waco (took in a Steven Curtis Chapman concert) then home from Dallas.

When we landed back in Seattle to drive home to BC, we were struck how much Seattle has fallen. Used to be a clean city. Now there’s graffiti, homeless camps, and garbage everywhere. The contrast from being in Texas to back in the Pacific Northwest was stark.

People in Texas very friendly. Didn’t feel like a freak for being a Christian like I do here in BC. The BBQ is amazing. Your roads and bridges were amazing (everything was like 20 minutes away). Houston has NASA. Love, love, LOVE the state of Texas. So much different than Washington and Oregon.

I’d be back there now for summer if it were not for COVID.

I’m not a huge beer drinker, but yeah we got pretty good beer here.

I kneel to no one except the Lord Jesus Christ alone.

What is it that makes Texas so great?

I did a search on areavibes.com and saw mostly Texan communities ranked as the best in the US.

I live in BC. It’s so expensive here, and though we seem to have lots of promise we are forever shooting ourselves in the foot. Roads are terrible, schools are “woke” making Christian families like mine feel we’d better keep silent if we know what’s good for us, and apathy is like a warm blanket slowly suffocating us.

I want to make BC great. We never have been. Not even sure who to read or follow.

TDwin sent me.

I’m a Canadian, born and raised. What’s a good primer on what you folks are about?
