Flip those tickets and check off Option 3. You'll get a court date in 6-whothefuckknows months and the Crown will withdraw the charge. It's just a measly provincial offence; the Crown doesn't want to spend resources or set a precedent losing to a Charter application from the defence.
Because even though people in jail are arguably at the highest risk, nobody in custody has died from Covid.
