And if you want arable land you can pay market price like everyone else does.

My feeling is that you've seen very very little of British Columbia-much of which is mountainsides and steep rocky valleys-there is no arable land that isn't already owned by someone using it.

Crown Land does come up for sale once in a while it's usually small lakeside lots priced at a premium.
