Begs the question why he did nothing for them as PM. Why don’t today’s lame ass journalists ask him?

No - it doesn’t justify it. And these types of numbers and more should be analyzed and published comprehensively. A current problem is that several places (NY, NJ, Quebec etc) completely screwed up dealing with senior residents earlier this year, resulting in a high number of deaths reportedly due to covid19. This scared everyone into believing they’re were all going to die. Now with ramped up testing available and the corresponding increase in positive results (not cases as usually reported), everyone is freaking out. If only folks could use their brain a little and sort thru all the garbage information we’d be in a much better situation.

Many in this country are just dumbed down morons spoon fed propaganda from the media. “Guns are bad; why would anyone need a gun?; Canada is not the USA etc!”

Finally a sensible statement from the PM. How about now encouraging people to put on their big boy pants and start living life again.

Are his two positive results added to the aggregate number of reported positive tests? or COVID-19 cases as misrepresented by the media?

I’m going to be in South America or South East Asia to get away from this nonsense.

Well, so many jobs are held by government employees it’ll be impossible to cut spending without cutting that workforce. And as the workforce grows it’ll be tougher to shrink it. It’s a huge problem - so many at the government teat.

Wrong. It’s safe. The filters work. I’m not sick and have not spread anything. And if I deem it essential then it is essential. I don’t need a bureaucrat to tell me which part of my life is essential. Selfish and retarded are those insisting they must control others’ lives because they are afraid.

Not at all. It’s a great place. Have you even been there? Much of the country is rather nice. Certainly not anything approaching Venezuela.

I’ve flown to Asia and back, the US and back and Brazil and back since the virus started. I’m off to Brazil in December again. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with travel and I haven’t gotten the Rona. Indeed, travel now is very safe. I’m not staying at home because others are afraid.

If there were a war now I’m afraid Canadians would pee their pants and just surrender. Pathetic.

You can go now. I just got back from a three week trip. I’m in quarantine now but going back in December. No quarantine upon arrival there. No visa needed. Great food and people. Summer is starting. The beaches are great. And I never felt any Covid danger. People take normal precautions but pretty much everything is open. And the flights are quite empty!! I haven’t checked the data for São Paulo and Rio and points south recently, but last time I looked per capita it was no worse than Quebec.

More than any other politician Bolsonaro tells it like it is. It’s rather refreshing. He doesn’t sugar coat it.

She should have listened to Trump. He was very clear Biden would push for lockdowns.

That’s either white privilege or white stupidity!

She’s a product of social media. She’s just seeking attention. She isn’t going anywhere.

Silly. Even if it spread from Europe it got to Europe from China.

Agreed. The whole mask thing has gotten ridiculous and 3/4 of the world is insane.

When they are politically unacceptable to the authorities.

While I don’t like the Whole Foods decision I don’t really care. Employers should be free to control what their employees are allowed to wear on the job. Given that this is Amazon owned I’d be surprised if they didn’t allow other political statements though.
