a basic understanding of the scientific process

Here in omegacanada "scientific process" means anonymous opinions, supermarket magazine articles, and long-winded web pages - often anonymous as well - by people with no expertise in a field that's relevant to the topic being discussed.

Any links to published peer reviewed research are uniformly ignored. Seriously. That stuff rarely gets read by anybody else here. This isn't the forum for that.

I though you were smart.

Nah. I just read what the experts say.

You should try it instead of wasting time in anonymous forums.

Unless you just came here looking for approval for your opinions.

There's a lot of that going in omegacanada.win.

You aren't a professor.

Never claimed to be.

I tried to get you to read what one had to say.

More than once.

Hasn't worked so far.

Trying again

Just thought of something: is it possible her browser doesn't display linked text? Or she's some kind of colour blind? If so maybe this will help: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/heres-why-human-sex-is-not-binary/

Theres not a lot you can teach me

I sure can't get you to read anything. And you can't supply anything other than unsupported opinions. You're just another anonymous poster spouting off without a shred of evidence.

your noy worth anyone's time.

But here you are, still spending time.

tuchodi 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah I know you figured it out eventually. Konuz probably would too, given enough time.

This they doesnt even kow my level of educatuon or otherwise

I have an idea, based on your spelling. But it doesn't matter because all you offer are some anonymous and unsupported opinions on a small social media platform.

Your just a poser pretending to be academic.

Nope. I give you links to academic stuff but you don't read them. That's on you.

Source please

If you actually do want to read it: last December the impostor or her twinsie (I forget which) posted a picture of this article and it had the numbers.

The formatting is terrible so you have to dig for the numbers. I doubt you'll go to the trouble.

You don't appear to want to read anything.

Urallfucked is kind of like-able

Do you mean the Urallfucked that's been here for 3 years or the UraIIfucked that's been here for 1?

She claims she joined "To learn something" and then refused to learn a thing from the professor.

The implication seems to be that she only learns if someone in an anonymous forum can debate her into changing her mind.

Just reading up on a subject doesn't work for her.

Odd.

You asked "But what if one got the vaccine AND got infected?" and I gave you examples of several states where vaccinated people did better than unvaccinated.

Seems like an answer to me.

Maybe you can show how it isn't..

Whats this whole twinsie thing about??

Find the article and read its links (I know you won't) and I'll tell you.

tuchodi 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think I already answered

You gave me your opinion.

You didn't offer any science.

tuchodi 0 points ago +1 / -1

Im already learned

She already knows it all folks. No point in her reading what a professor of Anthropology from Princeton has to say. If Professor Fuentes says something different from good ol' Koknutz, well, then Koknutz knows the professor is wrong.

There's a name for this delusion folks. Anyone know what it is?

Mine is crossed out.

Correct.

You don't mind not knowing what you're talking about.

You could learn, but I guess that's not what you're here for. You appear to want to argue with people you don't know, or maybe you're just looking for people to agree with your uninformed opinions.

I asked "what does it [science] have to say on the subject of how many genders there are?"

You said

Men women and hermaphrodite

I appreciate the effort you put into offering your opinion, but I'm beginning to suspect we have a failure to communicate.

Can you supply any science?

tuchodi -1 points ago +1 / -2

What degrees do you hold

Why do you want to argue with me about something you refuse to learn about?

0
tuchodi 0 points ago +1 / -1

spastically quoting things out of context is not science

Speaking of science - which you never provide but I'll ask anyway - what does it have to say on the subject of how many genders there are?

tuchodi 0 points ago +1 / -1

I owe you nothing I don't have to know about a topic in order to have an opinion on it

Gotcha.

That's where you and I are different.

Getting any anecdotes.yet?

I like looking at the forest rather than the trees.

And you're ignoring the numbers that show unvaccinated people do worse than vaccinated people.

I didnt realize you were American

Show the folks that American covid is different from Canadian covid.

I may be wrong but I don't believe you've backed up a single thing you've said.

So I'll tell you this: last December the impostor or her twinsie (I forget which) posted a picture of this article and it had the numbers.

I doubt you'll go through the trouble of verifying the numbers.

You don't appear to want to read anything.

attempt to negate anyones personal experience

Nope. I told you to go ahead and gather your stories.
